- Stated Income, Verified Assets (Dollar Loan)
- State your income. Minimum of 2 times loan amount in liquid assets required.

Debt:
Recourse Construction Loans: $5 - $150 million
Non-Recourse Construction Loans: $25 - $150 million*
(*Currently, non-recourse financing requests must include a hotel component in the project mix.)
Bridge Loans:
$5 - $150 million (Take out financing must be in place.)
Private Equity:
Minimum Equity Investment: $5 million. (Sponsor must have at least 10% of total project cost invested.)
